2. In these terms and conditions, “BizCentre” includes where the context permits, and in any event in any term which excludes or limits liability, its directors, owners, employees, advisers and associates.
3. These terms and conditions will be amended from time to time and the amendments will apply to your use of the website from the time they are posted on this page.  Please note that you should check for changes regularly.

These terms and conditions are the only terms which apply to your use of the BizCentre website.  Save as required by law, all other terms, representations and warranties whether express or implied or which third parties may purportedly give on behalf of BizCentre are expressly excluded from these terms and in any event BizCentre is not liable for any losses, damages, liability or claims which might arise therefrom.

If any of these terms and conditions (as amended from time to time) is found, alleged, or agreed to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall apply as drawn.   BizCentre may re-word any unenforceable term so as to render it effective and it shall then form part of these terms and conditions as if it had been included in them from the outset.
6. BizCentre obtains and disseminates advice and information which it believes to be complete and accurate.  All information and advice is based on law and practice in England and Wales, and will not be applicable outside that jurisdiction.   
7. We cannot guarantee that our online advice and information is always up to date or complete, and we do not accept any liability for errors or omissions.

These terms do not apply to advice and information you receive from a professional person introduced via the BizCentre website.  Your contract with any such person will be governed by his or her professional obligations and the agreement you make with him or her.  BizCentre accepts no liability for the actions or omissions of advisers introduced to you through the website.

BizCentre and any adviser introduced to you by BizCentre (i) is under no obligation to provide you with further or specific advice free of charge, (ii) reserves the right to refuse to provide specific advice, and (iii) may impose pre-conditions before providing you with further or specific advice, including but not limited to your provision of detailed instructions, your signature to further terms of business, and payment.

BizCentre will use data received from yourself solely in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and any subsidiary or replacement legislation.  By supplying data to BizCentre you authorise BizCentre to use it for all purposes connected with the BizCentre including but not limited to marketing BizCentre, the assessment of appropriate content for this website, and any emails or newsletters sent from the website.  We will not sell or otherwise transfer your data to third parties except (i) as necessary to comply with our legal or statutory obligations and (ii) as part of an overall sale of our business assets, in which case our website terms will continue to apply.

BizCentre’s website contains links to other sites.  These links are believed to be appropriate, but BizCentre does not give any warranty or make any representation, express or implied, about any linked website, and accepts no liability for the content, accuracy, appropriateness, security, or freedom from electronic contamination of any linked website.

You are advised to carry out virus checks and otherwise to protect your computer before downloading any material from the internet.  BizCentre accepts no liability for damage to your computer or  to other computers damaged through your computer as a result of your using this website, whether or not you have carried out anti-virus checks and taken steps to protect your computer.
17. We reserve the right to reject or close any link to another website.    We do not guarantee that links will work.  Rejecting or closing a link does not imply that we consider it to be unsatisfactory.

You must use this website and any information or advice obtained from it legally and honestly.  You are prohibited from publishing anything on or via this website which is offensive, illegal, immoral or otherwise unacceptable to BizCentre.   BizCentre reserves the right to remove content and/or to sever all contact with any user of the site without giving reasons for doing so and without incurring any liability thereby.
19. BizCentre is entitled to use all software, copy, text, graphics, images, and other material (“Intellectual Property”) contained on its website  and reserves all its rights in relation thereto.   Copies of material may not be taken from this website unless specifically authorised in writing.

BizCentre accepts no liability for loss, damage or claims of any nature which may arise from your use of the Intellectual Property whether such use is authorised or not.  The website does not create any licence to use the Intellectual Property contained on the website.  BizCentre retains the right at any time to prohibit or restrict such use at the expense of the user.
21. Your use of BizCentre does not give rise to any professional relationship, duty of care, agency relationship, or partnership between yourself and BizCentre, and does not create any obligation on BizCentre to continue providing information and advice or to do so in the same format.

Any comments or complaints you may have about this website or any service you have received from BizCentre should be sent to us in writing through the Feedback page.  Your comments or complaint will be handled as soon as possible, and in any event within 20 working days.  We will revert to you by email unless you have requested an alternative form of communication and provided us with the necessary contact details.
23. Any waiver on the part of BizCentre of the rights expressed or implied in these terms and conditions  shall not constitute a general waiver or restrict any later enforcement of the same or other rights.
